Jasveen holds a background in health & fitness and has a great passion for performing on stage. She began dancing at the age of 10 years old and developed her interest into bhangra & Bollywood dance performances for many occasions including for Johor Royalties (Malaysia). Her passion for fitness began after attending group fitness classes
Jasveen holds a background in health & fitness and has a great passion for performing on stage. She began dancing at the age of 10 years old and developed her interest into bhangra & Bollywood dance performances for many occasions including for Johor Royalties (Malaysia). Her passion for fitness began after attending group fitness classes as a way of improving quality of life.
In year 2008, Jasveen first introduced Bhangra Fitness lessons in Peace Studio, a local studio in Johor, Malaysia. From there, her fitness journey kick-started by implementing the program at various studios. After gaining stronger knowledge in the industry, she decided to form a new program which collaborated the culture, comfort and vibe of Malaysia. In 2018, by learning different fitness approaches and teaching students basic steps she slowly progressed by fusing bhangra & Bollywood dance fitness choreography to produce a fitness programmed called “GoBhangra™ Workout”.™ trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan.
GoBhangra™ Workout is a Bhangra and Bollywood inspired cardio dance fitness program using various choreography with upbeat music. It was founded in the year 2018 by founder, Jasveen Kaur from Johor (Malaysia).
